Title: Mango Mamba Salsa

Yield: 4 Servings

1cMango; diced
2tbRed onion; chopped
2tbRed bell pepper; chopped
2tbCilantro; chopped
1tbJalapeno pepper; minced
2tbFresh lime juice

Place mango in bowl and add rest of the ingredients. Gently stir to mix throughly. Cover with plastic wrap and let sit for at least an hour before serving.
